Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

Using the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may revise these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have full legal capacity to use the Services. You agree to comply with all applicable laws where you are located.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• violate any law or infringe the rights of others;
• post unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, violent, or infringing content;
• engage in money laundering, fraud, pyramid schemes, or other financial crime;
• access, interfere with, or disrupt the Services or their security without authorization;
• abuse, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Services at scale via automated means.

5. Wallet & Blockchain

The Soona wallet is non-custodial: you alone control your private keys and recovery phrase, and are solely responsible for the security of your assets and all transactions. We cannot freeze, reverse, or recover them on your behalf.

On-chain transactions are irreversible and public. Blockchain assets are highly volatile and carry significant risk. The Services do not constitute investment, financial, or legal advice; AIR and any tokens or airdrops are not securities, a promise of returns, or an investment solicitation. You are responsible for assessing and complying with the laws applicable to you.

6. User Content

You retain rights to the content you post and are responsible for its legality.

As necessary to operate the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, and display your content (excluding end-to-end-encrypted private messages, which we cannot read).

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and related trademarks, logos, software, and designs are owned by Soona or its licensors and protected by IP laws. Do not copy, modify, or use them commercially without authorization.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g., blockchain networks, app stores), which are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their conduct or content.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or crypto assets.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Soona and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Singapore or resolved through the applicable dispute-resolution mechanism.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-service notice or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
